DeKalb County Juvenile Court

The worse kind of customer service I have ever experience. Gone back and fourth with Georgia Department of driver services and still waiting on a release form to be fax to them. Been waiting over 8 month now. I have called multiple times and they could care less what you have to say. I just called today November 16th at 3:30pm and the women that answer had a crying infant with her. They have taken my information down over 5 times now and I have yet to receive a call back or email. Using the pandemic as a excuse to give everyone the run around.

I have been trying to get my babies back for some time now. I gave my mom temporary guardianship of my older two kids. The first time they denied me in court over some false accusations about my children. They didn't even check to see if a police report was filed or nothing. They just went by what my mother said and denied me the revocation of her guardianship. So recently I was supposed to go again to court to attempt to get my children back. The guardian at Litem assigned to my case was so sorry that she couldn't even explain to me that the day before my case in court she filed a motion to extend time so that she could gather more information regarding my case. So on the way to court I ended up in a car accident when it could have been totally avoided had she communicated with me. I have had such bad experiences when it comes to anything that deals with DeKalb county. All I want is my children home and the court system is just wasting more and more time. So me waiting on another court date is more time away from my children. My mother doesn't allow me to see my children or talk to them because she's just that spiteful. I have asked that another guardian at Litem be assigned to my case since the current one is not taking my case seriously. In the mean time I haven't heard or seen my children in over a period of nine months. I am so tired of being patient with DeKalb county. Since then my mom has put me up for child support and looks like because DeKalb County is taking their sweet time she will have access to my hard earned money knowing I have two other children. DeKalb County Juvenile Court you have really failed me yet again...
