1) the attendant did not scrub the back of my vehicle like I saw him do the rest. 2) my vehicle stopped for about a minute or so before exiting the wash. 3) After spending my $$$ for a hot wax I noticed that the wax dried before the wash completed. 4) Limited towels and no spray bottle of liquids so that I could clean the interior.nnAfter explaining to the attendant that wax had dried and my vehicle looked dull with no shine he tried to tell me that there was no way for this issue to occur and was quite adamant that he was right without even looking at the issue.nnEven the oriental manager who heard the conversation acted like, oh well ... That's your problem and he just ignored the whole situation.nnAll I wanted was to go through again for a decent shine. Bottom line ... I have been going to this location for a few years but now since I see the customer service has gone down the drain along with their attitude, that will be the last time I spend my $$$ there.nnCustomer Service should be paramount in these times and this is what they are seriously lacking and they won't even pick up the phone.nnIn all they have become quite shysty.nnTIME TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!!
Decent wash but the vacuum system doesn’t appear to be maintained very well. Don’t pay for the monthly pass. They never answer the phone if you want to cancel it.
Vacuum pressure is low. I recommend air blowers for dirt in tiny areas!!
Soap looks thick and car comes out clean. Attendant came and helped with payment at the pay station. Friendly people work there. Will visit again soon.
This used to be my favorite car wash because it has a prep area available before washing. I was disappointed with my wash today because 2 bird poop stains weren't fully removed and their multiple wash program is unavailable.
