The customer service is wonderful. They have all of what any college student would need and more. Overall it's just a good experience.
The “Store Manager,” did not catch her name unfortunately, was gross. Unhelpful and had an attitude, so did the other old lady that was working on the floor. She would run away when you try to ask her a question. I would never buy anything from this location again.
Staff was friendly and extremely helpful
This book store is good when you are on the go, when you need a snack, looking for a laptop for classes, or just to browsing. They have a wide selection of items like apparel, books, tech, supplies for class, and plenty of snacks. The prices are ridiculous however. For example an item that normally costs a dollar will cost two. personally I do not mind the prices. They do however have student deals on the laptops they sell. They have all the books you need for class and if not they will order it for you. This is also the place you will pick up your books for class that you have ordered online. You can refund your books here as well. If you attend this school you may find that visiting this place is quite worthwhile.
