Our family recently relocated to Florida and everyone missed COCOCAKES. I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer Nationwide shipping. We have ordered twice and the cakes ship lightning fast! They arrive still frozen and ready to put in the freezer until you are ready to eat them. The decorative tins they ship in are perfect for gifts. We let the cake get room temperature and then enjoy it and it tastes just as great and as fresh as when we were in Georgia. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious cakes. I just drove 20 minutes each way during Friday rush hour bc after a tough week, nothing hits the spot like Coco Cakes. We love the caramel icing so usually go with one chocolate turtle and one strawberry cake with caramel. Every staff member is professional and kind.
OMG! I had to pull over and write this review. I thought I was going to drive and eat my cake but it is too delicious. I ordered the strawberry and the butter cream and it's so good. The staff is so sweet and professional.
THE caramel cake slice...it’s...phenomenal. The cake alone was so moist but the caramel icing is so unnecessary. Happy Friday! Amazingly warm customer service from Wallace, Cheers Cococakes!
The cakes are delicious but some of the staff need training in service. The staff must realize customers should be thanked for the patronage. Say “may I help you” and “ thank you.” Those simple gestures help a business flourish or perish. I want you to flourish!!!!!!
