Have only used drive thru. Not the best looking esthetically. Parking lot needs repaving and re-marking, and they should clean up the garbage & debris around building and peeping from the bushes.nnIce cream tasted fine, but seemed a bit pricey. Lady who took our drive-thru order was pleasant. Grateful she offered extra napkins for the granny and me, but now that I think about it, don't think we received our receipt after we paidud83eudd14.
I grew up eating Baskin Robbins ice cream & fast forward (?) years later, I still enjoy it! Especially the 24 hours service.
I love their ice cream!
The rain came and went. Afterwhich, I was craving ice cream - a banana split to be exact! I'm at drive thru,and all is well with the nice lady, until rude- jude gets on the mic and messes things up. I get my delight home, and with excitement, I dig in. What appeared to be a, perfectly made split. WasNOT, I discovered, that there wasNO PINEAPPLE TOPPING, how could this be? And just like that my DELIGHTFUL ICE Cream EXPERIENCE was Gone...I was SADDENED...and very disappointed, that MYEXPERIENCE was taken for GRANTED. Baskin owners, I know that the ice cream may only be a product to you, but it is an EXPERIENCE for ME. DON'T FORGET THAT AND YOU'LL BE IN BUSINESS FOREVER.
the worst customer service of any restaurant. the lady at the drive through was very rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative. an extremely unpleasant experience and there is no way i can not recommend this place more
