If i could give 0 stars i would. This is by far the most ridiculous pharmacy. They never answer the phones, drive thru is slow and half of the time never open. They will let you go days without your daily medication with no explanation as to why it hasn't been filled(because no one will answer the phone)nI will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else asap.

Personally, over never has any issues. Thankfully, I don’t have to go often, except the kids every now and again. But, I’ve got to gripes with their customer service. But as with most pharmacies, it seems to take a while. But I’ll grant that I don’t know what they’re working on ahead of my order.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This Kroger pharmacy is the worst. They never answer the phones, drive-thru is always closed. It’s really annoying and ridiculous. This place needs all new employees.

The staff in the pharmacy is so unprofessional, The pharmacy department is the worst, poor customer service, not answering the phones. Being dismissive to customers. so This is My last time dealing with a Kroger pharmacy.
