An officer here could use a little more decency and understanding. On a minor infraction that I didn't even know was illegal, with no tickets ever before. I could have been issued a warning but he didn't even try to listen for a second. I've read and scored high on the driving test back in 2012 and I've reread the newest DMV book and it tells nothing about RIRO and LILO. I'm sure you guys get a bunch of people confused on them as i see someone almost every day I drive that way using them improperly (now that i know what they are). happy holidays to you though, hope your quota was filled.
