We had a major leak resulting in the need to shut off the water main. Our technician, Eric, was great. He was efficient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions, and advising us on maintenance. Dispatch was able to get him to us in a few hours on a holiday weekend. This was our second time using Admiral and both experiences were good.
Eric from Admiral communicated with us perfectly prior to his visit, and actually came out early (love it!!!). Diagnosed the issue and had our disposal replaced efficiently, professionally and promptly. Very nice man who knows his stuff. Had quite a bit of information about disposals in general, and installed a more commercially-leaning unit. We could not have been more impressed with him.
Charges to much but good service
Mike went and help us out with all the little things we needed to fix in the house that we just bought. He did fix the disposal, water heater and shower valves and everything works good now, it was fast and he is great.
We had a plumbing emergency. I found a leak under our kitchen sink quite by accident. Turns out our dish disposal was leaking. Admiral had someone out to our house same day. They replaced the disposal and got everything working properly. So far, so good; there hasn't been a leak!
