Never a good experience here. Always either a long drive thru line or half the menu is out of stock. However, my experience today took the cake. We waited in line at least 20 minutes then get to the intercom. It’s dead silence no one even has the courtesy to say, “one moment please”. I honestly thought the intercom might of been broken. I said hello periodically then someone finally said “hold on”. I waited several more minutes until someone said “go head” and gave them my order. Pulled up to the window just for someone to ask, “What did you want again?”. I gave my order again. Pulled off and started eating my ice cream cone only to find what appeared to be an eyelash hair in it. Just nasty!!!
Top shelf customer service experience this evening with the staff of Baskin Robbins at this location. We were treated like valued customers and we'll definitely be back to spend more money with the staff here.
Was actually Dunkin Donuts...the two are in the same store. My coffee was made correctly and the order ahead feature on the AP was great. My order was ready when I arrived.
Could not pick out the selection of ice cream. Had to take whatever the DRIVE THRU had.
To slow and now you have to pay before you order
