If I could give 10 stars I would. Trevor was absolutely amazing and so professional. My husband and I wanted to look at some trucks and Trevor listened to everything we needed. He didn’t try to steer us in another direction, he listened to our needs and made it happen! If you come to Oxmoor Ford Dealership I highly recommend seeking Trevor out and having him help you! He made the whole process so easy! Then Richard in finance department was phenomenal. He was kind and amazing at his job. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Between Trevor and Richard they both made buying a truck so easy and pleasant. My husband and I will definitely be back for any future cars and trucks. Also will be telling everyone about our amazing experience!

I loved Oxmoor Ford before I bought my beautiful new 2020 Escape there (her name is Pearl). The service department never disappoints and the guys inside do their best to make sure their customers walk away happy after a car buying experience. Aside from being good at their jobs, everyone I encountered along my buying experience at Oxmoor was just genuinely NICE and a good person!nTom helped me find the perfect car and worked hard to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. This was a great car buying experience!! Aaron did a great job helping us find the car that was perfect for our family and everyone we encountered was super helpful and nice! We left feeling like we got a good deal and the customer service was outstanding!! We drove over 2 hours to test drive a car and even though it is not the car we ended up purchasing, we are happy we made the trip because we love the Ford Explorer we chose! We would make the trip to shop with them again! Thank you Oxmoor Ford Lincoln!!

Went in and worked with George as my husband just bought a truck from him in august... didn’t know if anything was gonna work as I was a decent amount upside down in my jeep but George got it worked out with little money down... great experience!

Wonderful experience from first contact to purchase of vehicle. Salesman Ray Smith and Finance Manager Richard Colston were awesome and the best you can have. Exceeded all measures of satisfaction. Highly recommended and I am a loyal Oxmoor Ford customer as a result!
