Representative was very helpful and professional.nThe place was very busy and I had to leave the car for most of the day. A line had come off of the windshield fluid apparatus and was put back - very easy fix. So I was pleased with their findings.
Honda World has always been efficient at servicing our Honda HRV since 2016. Recently, the vehicle was serviced, and it was a pleasant experience. The service representative suggested battery replacement pro-actively and the vehicle was serviced in about 2 hours. Everything was taken care of and my wife says the vehicle is running smoothly. Excellent
I had an issue with my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L starter operating improperly (sometimes it would take 3 or 4 push starts for it to actually start), and had an appointment to get it fixed/repaired. I had the starter replaced (at 54K miles), and the part failed within a month. The converter ring was hitting the shaft on the new starter (about one in every 10 starts) and making a horrible grinding noise. The repair was completed within a reasonable amount of time and since I had only put 403 miles on a part with a 36,000 mile warranty, there was no additional charge for the replacement. Doug West did a fantastic job of notifying me of the progress of the replacement and I was completely satisfied.
We arrived and was told the work that needed to be done would take till the next day. They offered a ride home. Then they also came and got us at home to get our car. Very nice!
