We purchased our first Volvo a couple of months ago and our experience couldn't have been better. I think it may be the best overall car buying process we've ever had. Jordan Boykin was especially helpful in answering all of our questions in advance, making the time at the dealership a breeze, and providing great service after the sale (even dropping off an extra key at our home). Also, we absolutely love the vehicle itself!

From sales to service, I always leave Volvo of Louisville feeling impressed. They have consistently provided me with the best dealership experience in the Louisville area, hands down. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan (Sales Consultant), who was wonderfully patient, considerate, and extremely customer-focused. Upon leaving, our first words to each other were to compliment him on delivering such a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Volvo of Louisville, or Jordan, to anyone searching for a low-pressure shopping experience with professional staff and compelling product.

Please read this review and take it to heart, stay away from this Dealership, GM Anthony George has zero respect for his Customers and instills this same behavior with his sales Team. I have never experienced the type of treatment I received from Volvo of Louisville. I decided not to buy a car there and left my drivers license at the Dealership, they were upset that I changed my mind on the car and refused to send me the ID. After two weeks of phone calls and text messages with the salesman Jordan I finally was able to get my drivers license back via their HR person. I know this sounds unbelievable and frankly I am still amazed at their behavior. This is an absolute honest review, I would recommend doing your homework before entering this business.

Found a pre-owned SUV at a great price! We were assured by our salesperson that it was in excellent condition, but had it inspected by our own mechanic to be sure, and he agreed that it was in great shape. Brandon made the process smooth and easy. Would recommend both the dealership and Brandon.

Everyone at Volvo Louisville is so nice! They took care of my service needs and my service/repairs were all covered under warranty... My Volvo runs so smooth... I LOVE VOLVO! I'll probably be a lifetime customer❤
