Finally customer service has come back to Courtesy Cadillac! It starts at the top and trickles down, the new owner Mr. Simoneit is a stand up owner, working to ensure customer satisfaction is top priority! Mr. Tony Jeffries is a true gem out in the service department, I have known Tony for some years now and he is very good at his position, I never worry about any surprises with Tony handling my service orders.
