Decent workmanship priced by the book. Good communication. No shuttle service due to Pandemic. Now if the car handlers could just learn to return the seat to the position they found it in.

I went to test drive a Tuscon that had been sold hours earlier, which was a bummer. However, the salesman found something comparable, and was awesome answering all of my questions about towing capacity and safety features. I ultimately decided to push the purchase back a few months so I can upgrade a little more, and I'm going back to Josh Brewer! After looking at 4 other dealerships, he was 100% the best!

Bachman Auto Group is THE place to purchase a new car. You need to ask for Byron Sims. He is honest, patient and very knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to ensure you drive away with a big smile on your face. But the service doesn’t stop at the sale! If you have any issues at all, they are on top of it. We just recently purchased a Chevy Equinox (Call Byron Sims, they have a few more!) and we were questioning a few things after our purchase. Creed Fowler, the general sales manager sent an email (probably auto-generated to encourage us to fill out the new car survey) and I thought “What the heck, I’m going to ask.” I never expected a response. Not only did I get a response, but every question and issue I had, Creed passed on to the new car sales manager at Bachman Chevrolet and to our salesman Byron Sims. They value their customers and they listen and care. They don’t waste your time and they treat you like family! Check out all of your choices at Bachman Auto Group. It’s a one stop shopping adventure!! Why drive to several lots? They will bring them to one place for you to test drive.

Horrible experience in the purchase of a new Volkswagen Tiguan. I spent 30 years in the retail automotive business and never treated a customer the way my wife and I were. It was bad from start to finish. Wouldn't have stayed had it not been for the fact they had only Tiguan around like we wanted. Our books were not filled out, we were not shown the service dept. or parts dept. When we arrived we were told to take the Tiguan for a 20 minute drive and not shown how anything works on the vehicle. We have not been contacted about anything since purchase and it's been 10 days. There's much more to the ranting but I'll stop. We love the Tiguan!!
