Lexus of Louisville

My first Lexus experience in 2014 was absolutely wonderful, everyone was always so friendly and helped me upgrade from my 2011 Camry... it was very much like the kind of experience you would expect from a higher end dealership. When I went back in late 2017 when my lease was about up the salesperson was very helpful and even though the selection was very slim because of the thanksgiving weekend, she found me exactly what I wanted. THAT was where the VIP treatment stopped!! She left the dealership and every time I went in for service or any issue I had to ask several times to find someone willing to help... my Lexus is a 2017 ES 300h it came with 2016 Map data, when I enquired about updating my data to something newer I was informed my several people that I would have to pay $300 + for the data, I explained that the data was older than my car and that by paying ahead for service for the duration of my lease I was told that was NOT part of the service package. I have been to multiple dealerships in the past year and questioned how they handle such a situation, all said they would update the map at least once given the year of the car. I ended up paying off my lease and decided to keep the car, but when I’m ready for a new car I will NOT return to Lexus of Louisville... I may not even look at the brand in the future, I spoke several times to Lexus Corporate and they agreed with me and my situation, but as Lexus of Louisville is owned by an individual they could not force them to update my maps. I do like my car a lot which is why I chose not to lease another one from them. I hope others have a better experience than I have had. The past 3 years were probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a car my adult life.

I experienced a nail in a tire and needed a last minute appointment. I was able to get in right away for a tire repair. I requested an oil change while I was there, which they quickly accomodated.nI then worked with service advisor, Bridget, who was pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the repair, and the fact that the damage was to the sidewall and could not be repaired. They replaced the tire at a reasonable cost, changed the oil, washed my car, all in less than an hour.nI am very thankful and extremely satisfied with the service.

So far so good. I have only had the car for on day.nMy sales experience was pleasant and most importantly painless.nBrian Bean, Amber Boyle and Catherine Hudson were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.nUpdate 10/22/2020 just had another service and all is exceptional.nCameron treats me very well.

Brian Bean was great to work with. I had just dealt with the worst salesman ever regarding another vehicle at another dealership that I was set to purchase. Quickly found the car I purchased at Lexus of Louisville online. When inquiring and discussing the car, Brian was a breath of fresh air. He was up front and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. And the thing that mattered the most was how pleasant he was. The woman in the financial business office was amazing too! She was very sweet and personable. Overall, it made for an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Lexus of Louisville! Was able to find exactly what I wanted. Sarah was amazing, so knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. We were eased through the process and it all went smoothly. We left feeling like we will always have the people who helped us with our purchase as resources if we were to ever need anything or have questions. I would never consider going to a different Lexus dealership after this experience. Without a doubt, 5 star service!
