Well, I didn't buy a BMW. But I did buy a very reasonably priced vehicle. No pressure with very little haggling price. Car was sold too me with both parties satisfied. Professional and courteous our sales girl was exceptional. She let me look and provided what ever I needed, without stalking us in the parking lot.....lol. So glad I went and stopped in. Still enjoying my vehicle too this day. Thank you so much

On my initial visit to BMW of Louisville Service, I would describe the experience as prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with my Service Advisor, Sarah Gay. She was very courteous and attentive— she kept me updated on the status of my vehicle’s service and expected completion. She took the time to answer my inquiries and made me feel very comfortable with the entire experience. I’ll definitely look forward to working with her and the BMW service team in the future.

I really wasn’t impressed the first time I had service done at this location and actually decided to take my vehicle to Bowling green. Then I received an email about a recent promotion and decided to give then another try. This time I traded my vehicle for a new one and the service was phenomenal. Whatever changes they made between last July and now really made a difference. The employees were very professional especially Sydney Armstrong, Cameron the BMW genius, and my finance lady. I don’t remember her name but I am sure they’ll know who she is. I was given a rundown of how to use my new car at the dealership and Cameron came to my home 2 weeks later to go over all the features in the car again. I noticed a cosmetic defect in the driver seat and he took it back to the dealership, left me a loaner vehicle and brought my vehicle back after it was all taken care of. They also sent me a short video of my care being inspected after service. I hope they keep up with the current level of service.

It was so helpful to work with product specialist, Cameron Peoples, after purchasing my new X7. I’m a very hands-on learner so having someone to sit with me and walk me through all the features of my vehicle was so helpful! Cameron went above and beyond his job description to help solve a few other issues we had, too! He’s awesome!!!
