I had an excellent experience. I had been to a couple of other dealers and was underwhelmed. I was wondering if the advertising was accurate because the deal seemed far better than what I was expecting. Well, it turns out, the deal was what I was hoping for. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I turned in a lease and drove out happy. Buying a car can be a painful experience, but they made it easier than I've ever experienced before. I was impressed!
This place has horrible customer service!!! My husband made an appointment to have his car serviced, he is a nurse and works long hours so I brought his car in to drop it off. They already knew what the main complaint was with the car and that the time frame of running diagnostics and fixing the car would take hours to possibly days. When I arrived our appointment was with Cory. I was sent into the service department not knowing who Cory was, and still didn’t know I was talking to Cory until I asked him what his name was. This right here is bad enough, to be left wondering around a service garage not knowing where to go or who to talk to. Then he tried to tell me that it was going to be 130.00 just to run diagnostics on the car even though my husband had bought an extended warranty. I told this to Cory but he acted annoyed and put out like I was telling him something foreign. He said that he would call a number and see if it would cover it but I had to sign saying that we would pay for it if they wouldn’t. Cory then asked if I would be sticking around to wait or if he would be calling when they were done. I asked how long it would take and he said it could be hours and he implied it be best for me to go. So I explained that I brought my husband’s car because he was at work. I don’t have an extra car and that I would need a loaner. He said that he didn’t know if he had a loaner available because he hadn’t been in the “box” today. And that he would have to run the diagnostics before he could give me a loaner and that could take hours! ud83dude11 by this point I’m getting annoyed. So this guy knows we are coming at 10:30. Knows he is going to have something he needs to fix and possibly order parts for and is NOT prepared for us at all! Not only should he have greeted me when I walked in knowing it was me coming through the door at 10:30 but he should have at least asked my husband when we made the appointment if we would need a loaner car, and have one ready and available when I got here!!! Poor poor poor customer service!!!! We will NEVER buy a Hyundai again!!!!
Rick was awesomenHe did a great job with showing us the vehicles we wanted and never pushed us in any way. He was very informative and assisted us in making a good decision based on our needs. He even took me to drop off my rental and moved my stuff to my new car for me. I appreciate his services and will do business with him in the future.
Great customer service process was very quick. We went in to trade in our current lease as it was nearing the end of our lease agreement. We were in and out in roughly two hours with our new 2021 Tucson. Reps do not work off commissions so there is no wheeling and dealing just straight forward pricing. They even informed us that Hyundai now covers maintenance on their vehicles during the entire lease agreement which is great value add. We are really happy with our new car and will be back in the future.
