Horrible experience with Carvana. I had ordered basically a brand new car, paid a good amount of money for it. Only to have the car come DAMAGED. It was scratched/dented in a few placed when it arrived, none of which was shown on the photos upon purchasing. No problem, right? They will get it fixed? WRONG AGAIN! Got a quote from a shop of their choosing, only to get denied of 90% of the things that was on the quote that was messed up due to Carvanas lack of care. This place is horrible, and to get a hold of anybody takes at least a couple hours. Very unprofessional, very sleazy and greedy company. Would never recommend to anybody. I hate them with a passion.

My experience with Carvana has been horrible. I was told twice through 2 different phone calls 3 days ago that everything was all set for the car I ordered to be delivered on a certain date and time. I was also told I would receive a call to verify funds. I never received that call after jeopardizing my job to pay attention to my phone in case I got the call. Then, tonight, I get an email from Carvana saying I missed the verification deadline! What the heck? Carvana never called like they said they would and they had told me everything was all set. Now I've been on hold with Carvana for over 20 minutes trying to straighten this out. Horrible, unreliable service. I don't think I want to buy a car from a company that can't make the phone calls promised nor can I trust that the car will be in good shape and that it will be worth my hard earned money.

Awesome place staff was so friendly and helpful ... made sure my ride was clean and shining before I got in!! The communication was awesome, you shop with a peace of mind and without the hassle.. This will be the way I will shop from here on out thanks Carvana!!! I will be referring my friends and family!!

Our online purchase and delivery from Carvana Louisville was Awesome! 5 Stars!nThat’s where it ends.nnOur purchase and delivery were awesome. Our mechanic said buy this car, it’s perfect. That was June 16th. Fast forward to Sept 2nd. It’s parked. We own it free and clear but Carvana can’t produce the title/paperwork for us to get it registered. Please stop saying it’s the DMV and Covid. This is their inability to manage the 3rd party company responsible for the titles. We’ve had the car verified at our law enforcement facility, we’ve had the dmv issue our final temporary. The car is illegal to drive even though we own it free and clear. Yes, we are also in the “Executive Support Level”. It’s the same song and dance every single day. Class Action Lawsuit anyone? You can’t keep selling cars in good faith when you know you are negligent in closing the deal allowing owners proper paperwork to register their vehicles. Please stop and fix this mess.

I didn't deal specifically with the Louisville store, but after confirming my purchase online a week ago, they just postponed my delivery another week (when it was supposed to be at my home tomorrow) because all of a sudden a small part didn't meet their satisfaction standards. Got an email this morning saying everything was on schedule and then 3:30pm on a Friday got the email that it wouldn't be here tomorrow. To say I'm peeved is putting it lightly.
