Terrible customer service. I was told that my wedding band would be ready for my wedding and it was 4 days late! Upon calling the store to ask for a status update, the associate gave me the run around and didn’t call back when she said she would. I had to call HER back. Very disappointed. Will not be recommending Kay Jeweler for anything that is time sensitive, for they can not guarantee arrivals on time.nThis has really put a damper on my wedding day.
My husband and i went to Kay's today just looking for a necklace and ended up with a necklace, watch and new wedding set. The ladys that helped us were AMAZING and so friendly!! I walked out a very happy customer!!
