Very rude. There was a wait & they were not apologetic or anything. So I waited and eventually went ahead and asked my question so my time was not wasted. Her response to me was very rude. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I wish that this review was strictly based on the customer service which would be a 5, but this is based on the quality of the product. I purchased a wedding set in December of 2017 from this location. Since that time the ring has been in for repair 5 times, and it is all for the same stone that keeps falling out. Low and behold it has fallen out again. Please save your money and go somewhere that offers a better product.
