Northwest’s customer service is wonderful. They do whatever they can do to accommodate me and my needs. The technicians are very respectful and informative as well. I’ve been with a lot of extermination companies and I have not been more satisfied as I am with Northwest!

I have had a great experience with Northwest. I have never had to use an exterminating company, coming from up North, so this was new to me. They are an awesome company, and care about their customers. A friendly voice always answers the phone, and gets the business done. I highly recommend!
