There was a slight misunderstanding with a hair cut on Saturday. I contacted the business on Sunday through Instagram to discuss my concerns and was contacted back immediately. Not only did Theo contact me to come in on a Sunday to help resolve the issue, the owner stopped by to make sure I was happy with the solutions offered. Haircut was amazing and next time I visit Georgia I will be back.
My son had a 4:30 pm appointment and was not serviced until 5:15 pm! Barber said his other client was running late and my son had to wait! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Organized and clean barbershop. Very talented staff there that knows how handle a variety of different hair types and styles. They have merchant services and card reader system, which is good because some barbershops only take cash or have an atm that charges a fee. Always properly staffed when I visit....At least 4 barbers present at all times. Parking is a little tough on the weekends, but does not takeaway from the experience.
