Thompson & Thompson is a great company and my #1 choice for ANY future needs! They quickly resolved my problems in the most cost efficient way. The technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable! Johnny Burke was very thorough and went out of his way to make sure that EVERYTHING was functioning properly, not just the primary issue I called about. He was great at communicating along the way and made sure that I had a clear understanding of what needed to be done prior to billing or performing any service repairs. Most companies are all about the money. Not once did I get that vibe from any of the technicians. They’re more inclined to educate their clients and seek out the best possible solution that makes sense for their unique situation!nThanks guys, YOU ROCK!

This place is awesome! My technician Aaron was A++. He was on time for the estimate and the work. When he came to do the install he gave his professional opinion and worked with me to install the drain and water lines to fit with my cabinet the way I needed it! Thompson & Thompson was very fast in getting back with me after my initial call, staying in touch and ensuring my happiness with the service in general. Good value and great service. Very happy!

Tim was amazing!!! He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and professional. I was trying to do some self installations as well as utilize the company for things that were outside of my scope. Tim gave me advice and remained patient when I added requests on to the initial job. I am beyond satisfied with the work and would happily call them again for any future needs.

I've used Thompson & Thompson several times over the years. Prior to finding them, I always had a hard time finding reliable service, particularly for plumbing needs. Prompt, reliable service, people who answer the phone and sound like that they are happy you called to offer them some business, and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend. Rob did great work for us today, but every technician they've ever sent has as well!

I haven't yet received services from Thompson & Thompson, but out of the four companies I had come to my house to give me an estimate, they were the most professional. Aaron (The person that came) was very professional, thorough, and very nice. He explained what the problem was in detail, and made sure I completely understood what needed to be done. I definitely chose this company to do the job.
