Went in at 1450 on March 6th Lady at register was rude. Told me it wouldn't be worth it to order my food since my wait would be longer and gave me attitude the entire time. Also gave the people ahead of me an attitude. Ended up just canceling my order because of her attitude and her inability to be able to actually help

Sign on window was blurred out and you can't read COVID restrictions, for occupancy. Staff at counter was not friendly. Over charged and had to ask for a refund.

Good place they do need to try to do the social distancing. I stood outside 10 people in little store ordering. 2 with no mask

My mother and I decided to stop by and get Auntie Anne’s today. As my mom stayed in line to get our pretzels I went to drive the car to the front. Only two families are allowed inside the building at once. There were about three or four workers in the bakery. One of the workers was helping the person in front of my mother but the others just ignored her. Therefore she had to wait till the worker that was with the family ahead of her to be done before she could be helped. As soon as the next family came in, one of the other workers immediately assisted them. My mother and I are African American and the family behind us were White. The workers in the bakery were white. It is unacceptable to have workers that will value customers over others based on the color of their skin. Especially when we are all paying customers. In addition, the cream cheese dip that my mother ordered and paid for was not in the bag. Although this may have been a mistake, this added to the overall poor service that was given today. I will never eat here again.
