This is my usual Dunkin, everyone there is usually great, but this morning (3-14-21) while there was a long line inside and at drive through a young lady who obviously works there went behind the counter hopping ahead of the folks waiting in line to make herself and her friends their coffee’s, not in uniform and without her hair pulled back, and without washing her hands. This doesn’t show a customer first mentality and the fact she didn’t wash up first while being around all of the other customers food and beverages I will be revisiting my location choice next time.

Last time I order at this location, I asked for two peppermint mocha lattes. The guy at the window gave them to me and I drove off. I didn’t even make it to the stop sign before I took a sip. IT WAS NEARLY COLD! How on earth is a latte (steamed milk) prepared cool? I turned around so fast and told him. He said he would steam some more milk for me. Then stated he’d just remake the drink. Soon as he handed it to me I could tell it was hot, as I could feel it through the cup. I leave satisfied. Get to the red light and opened the cup and it’s not even half full. What a joke. Go to the newest dunking near Lowe’s on Pooler parkway. They get it right.

Line was long, which is understandable and they handled it quickly but that was the rudest interaction I've ever had. Not sure what the norm is here, maybe they were having a bad day. I hope tomorrow is better for you!

Walked in at 8:40 pm. with a group of 6. Got my coffee along with my fiancé. Which also took 15 minutes. At 9 they told everyone else that came in with us, which was just 2 orders, to get out and go through the drive thru even though they walked in with us. Not too happy about this. Serve the people you has that come in before 9. We can’t help that y’all may have been short staffed. And we would’ve been more than happy to wait.

Perfect just down the street from the I-95 off ramp. Good coffee and ice tea however no real lemon slices at this location. Young lady who served us was awesome. If this was helpful please give it a “thumbs up”!
