Called Bruce and he was out the next day and did not charge any trip charge. He got me a quote together and we scheduled him to come back 2 days later. He went above and beyond our expectations and was professional, ontime, knowledgeable and very helpful. He did everything in the quote plus extra just to help us out. I would recommend him to anyone and eveyone. He’s very fair and personable. Thank you Bruce for all you did !!!!!

Bruce was quick to get to my place and stop an active rupture! Once stopped the issues were explained and addressed with Bruce providing me with multiple COAs (courses of action). Called him at 8am......... he was at my place by 8:25. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

I was at my wits end. I had a leaking toilet that was causing water to leak into the ceiling of the garage. I called 4 different plumbing services and each one gave me a different reason why they couldn't come to my home. It was 2 days before Christmas, I had given up hope of finding someone to help me and then I called Plumb Ready. Bruce was already on another job when he answered my call. He had already shut everything down for Christmas, but he said he would come by after he finished the job he was on to see what he could do. 30 minutes later Bruce arrived and let me tell you, he was a life saver. He was professional, kind and friendly. He had taken all the necessary safety precautions before entering our home. He assessed the problem and put our minds at ease. Most of all he was affordable, trustworthy and gave us our pricing up front. Plumb Ready will be the only company I call for our plumbing needs and I would refer them to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you Bruce for helping us, even though you could have said no like everyone else.

Bruce is professional, friendly and honest. He fit us into his schedule and arrived on time and did a great job. The only plumber I will ever use in the future!
