I have been waiting 6 months now for them to “investigate” why I got a $450 water bill. As I wait they have just kept adding penalties to the bill and telling me just to pay the current months charges. I have been asked three separate times to wait 30 day for them to reach a conclusion on what I need to pay and I have heard nothing back. I’m going to call tomorrow and I guarantee I will be asked to wait another 30 days. Typical government employees...

Friendly and extremely helpful! Had my water service started and out of the office in less than 20 minutes.

This is the absolute worst water department I have ever dealt with. Samantha is the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken with. You provide everything she requests and yet she still will not turn the water on for you. I personally have even reached out to the city administrator and he is no better. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. That’s how bad they are. This water department is an absolute joke.
