EMMA KATLIN CORLEY!!!!! She is hands down the best ever!!! I received the most astonishing and bewildering shampoo. The water was perfect temperature and her technique was tranquil and serene which places you in a state of nirvana. The accuracy of her water placement is so precise that your shirt would never get damp coupling with the soap and water never getting close to being inside ears or eyes. The towels she uses have the warmth of heaven and leaves no need for a blow dryer at the end! If I had the option of adding more stars to this review she would get every single one of them! Would recommend to every single person I come with a 3 foot radius of! Ask for her by name you won’t regret it!
I made an appointment at 2:30 for a haircut and when I called to let the stylist know I was going to be about 5-7 minutes late the receptionist told me that would be fine. She then called back and told me the stylist would not see me. I understand that being on time is very important but sometimes you can’t account for traffic especially when I came all the way from Atlanta from taking my son to the doctor. It took me about an hour to make the drive and when I was 5 minutes away she tells me she can’t see me? Just disappointed especially for being a new client. (Every other salon I have been to allows a 15 minute window for arriving after appointments but maybe I need to be more aware.)
Crosby was amazing and my hair proves it. From lifeless and dull to bouncy and beautiful!! Couldn't recommend Looks Salon and Crosby more!! You'll feel right at home the second you walk through the door!!
Great location with friendly staff. They were really helpful with each other. When my hair stylist said she didn’t really know how to cut men’s hair other co workers were willing to come over and help her work it out. Not sure how I felt about being a test subject. But it worked out.
