Raul, Stephen, and Charles did an excellent job installing our new air conditioning system. They were early, efficient, and friendly. Raul and Stephen installed the indoor unit while Charles installed the outdoor unit. The system overall took about 5 hours to install. During the installation, the guys took time out of their busy installation schedule to be courteous and friendly to us, but they also made sure to show our two dogs some love too. After the installation, the guys made sure to clean up and go over our new system with us. I would highly recommend Canady’s to anyone needing a system.

Customer Service Team put me on the calendar, technician came out, identified issues I was having. I was educated of what my issue with my air condition unit.nnI used this company years ago, they were great then and great still! I am great full for the paramount customer service, technical expertise, and timelines. Additionally this this a time when This pandemic is going on. The technician arrived with Mask and Personal Protective equipment. As I had mine as well. I would recommend this company anytime for my family and my homes Air Conditioning needs. Simply one of the BEST in the business!

My experiences with Noel Marrero was awesome today. He entered with a friendly smile ready to serve my system. He was professional as well as knowledgeable about my system. I appreciate him taken the time to explain the problem with the system as well as the options available to me. He was genuinely concern about my system functionality. Our experience with this company began with Cody he was perfesstional and represented his company and its values very well. He had us taken care of fast and efficient and today we had the installation of our unit. The two Gentleman that came out OJ and I am so sorry I forgot the other name were just as perfesstional and enagaing with us. Making sure we were ok checking on us and explaining everything they were doing. They even went beyond the call of duty and Baught our family lunch. I can not tell you enough how amazing this company the team members and the care they show for there customers speaks volumes. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a heating and air system. God bless your company and all your team members. The values and service you all provide is top notch. Canady's plumbing replaced our hot water heater. I set up an appointment with Tiffany on Monday morning. She had a crew at our house within a couple of hours. Jerry Hendrix and his helper diagnosed and had the old water heater removed and a new one installed same day. With outside temps in the upper 90s and the water heater being in the attic, I have to hand to Jerry and Canady's for such quick and professional service. I highly recommend them.
