Their staff is so sweet and friendly! They offer so many services like immunizations and specialty compounds that other pharmacies don’t offer or have the ability to make.nnTheir gift shop has great items. I’ve purchased gorgeous earrings for a great price!

I entered the store only a sweet old lady cleaning the shelf at the front of the store acknowledged me. I went to the back to drop my prescription off. Everyone was typing on their computers. No one had a customer. No one said anything. I thought maybe they didn't see me so I step back from the counter. No one still didn't say anything. No eye contact. Not even, someone would be with you shortly. I looked around the store. I'm unsure if they wanted to serve me. I felt out of place, like I didn't belong. I was video chatting with a friend who vitnessed the whole encounter. I stood there for about seven more minutes before a young lady ask if she can help me. She looked at the prescription, took it to the other end of the counter, came back and said the lady who billed the insurance is out and woukd be back in 25 minutes. She can makeca copy of my insurance and she return she'll see if she can do it. I gave her my insurance card. While I waited for her to come back, I looked around the store again. None of the ladies looked my way. No smiles. Oh then a man finally asked if I need anything. I had an uneasy feeling about there. This is my first time ever feeling like I didn't belong and out of place. I'm very big on Customer Service, especially with my career working for the government. When the young lady returned I told her never mind. I would take my prescription somewhere else and I asked for the copies of my insurance cards too. She said she can put them in the shedder. I replied, no thanks I'll discard them myself and left. I gave a one star because of the sweet old lady at the front of the store. If I can rate her separately I would have gave 5 stars. It seem like I can feel her smile from behind her mask.

I usually go here to pick up meds for my dad and step mom. Filled my first script here this week. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. If my meds weren't already mail order I would definitely get all my meds filled here. Thanks for your service and all you do to keep everyone healthy. Kudos to you all!

The most professional staff I have ever seen in a pharmacy. I love how the staff truly cares about me as an individual and I never feel like just a number here.

Such a great pharmacy. The pharmacist are always so helpful and my prescription is always ready on time! Wouldn’t use any other pharmacy in Richmond Hill.
