Work done late last year in my master bathroom...staff is exceptional and work was above and beyond what I expected..the final product is eye catching...thank you to the entire staff at custom designer surfaces!!

We are at the tail-end of building our home. We used CDS for two of our bathrooms (showers, tub and counter). The product is beautiful and I'm so glad our builder suggested it. CDS does great work on their products. However, I am disappointed in a couple of things. When installing the tub there was a half inch or so gash in the marble. It could not be missed when installing and caught my eye the minute I looked at the tub. It was replaced, but only after our contractor called and was told they didn't notice it. Come on now...be honest. Now we are still waiting on them to come and complete the tub. We were told twice this week they would be there and still no one has shown up and has not communicated with us as to when they will be there at this point. We were supposed to be moving in this week and now it will be next. Very disappointing. I know things happen, people are busy and it's a holiday week. Had someone tried to communicate with us the hold ups I would have zero problem with it. But just not showing up multiple times and not letting us know you can't make your promised time is poor service. I'm giving 3 stars because I do love the finished product, but being on time, showing up when you say you are and communicating with customers that are paying you a lot of money for your service are so important in these businesses. We were referred to you, which is how I assume you get a lot of business. I'm not sure I would refer friends to a business that I've had this kind of experience with. Honesty and reliability are highly expected.
