Jacob Perna and his team, Brian and Kenny, are completing a bathroom renovation for me today. Perna Construction has done prior work for me in another house and I have been extremely pleased with every aspect. I will engage them again without hesitancy for future projects as they arise.nnThe reasons for my high recommendation goes beyond the quality product received. It also includes the frequent communications, expert advice on decisions I was unsure, and the trust I had on first meeting that this is a company of the utmost integrity. Jacob and his team installed new flooring and kitchen cabinets in our home. Jacob and the entire Perna team was so professional and helpful and made the project such a great experience. The quality was excellent we could not be happier with their work. We have already recommended him to our friends and would absolutely suggest them to anyone else for their construction projects.

We just purchased a home in the Richmond Hill area had Jacob and his team do some renovations for us before we fully moved in. They did an unbelievable job in a very short time frame at a very affordable cost. We are using them again to work on some other things that we want renovated and I know they are going to kill it again. Beyond happy with the results.

Perna does great work at a fair price. Jacob and Theresa are very involved and very responsive. They did a great job on our new flooring, backsplash and fireplace. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for any future home remodeling.
