We have the bi-monthly outside spraying. We are happy with the service. I am NOT happy that the pest control employee came and sprayed the yard without setting up the appointment with me. We have a dog and she could have been in the yard. I'm not sure how she would have reacted to a stranger coming in the back yard. Would he have just skipped the back yard? Otherwise, satisfied with the service.
Used them as a Maintenance company for many years and have never had issues with pests. Their products never impacted my 4 pets either. Polite servicers and a great result. What more could you ask for?
Yates Astro is professions they use products safe around kids and cats. They come on time and always act in a professional manner, including removing their shoes at the door. This is a good company to pick for pest control needs.
