I can't say enough about how wonderful the women are at The Wild Horse Salon. I have been looking for someone who could cut my hair for years. Lessie did an amazing job she knew just what I needed. Calm laid back environment. I WILL BE RETURNING and so will my daughter's. 40 years of hair cut anxiety is no longer a fear I live with. Thank you Lessie
I went in to have my hair colored and trimmed. Was informed that my hair was already over processed and that additional treatments would likely cause irreversible damage. And in order to avoid that happening, I needed all of the previously processed hair cut off, a good 8 to 10 inches. Reluctantly, I agreed. Then I was told that because I was basically getting two appointments in one, my price would start at $220. After several processes, 4 hours and $300 fee plus a $60 tip, I was finally done and ready to go home. She knew that I was not happy when I left the salon. She told me to give it a week to allow my follicles to rest and then let her know if I wanted her to change anything. Exactly 11 days later, I contacted her and explained that my haircut was not right. It looks ok if its curly, but wearing it straight is another story. She asked why I waited so long to contact her. (11 days... when she asked me to give it at least a week) I explained that I had not worn my hair straight since I had it cut. She asked me how that was her problem and told me that if had I contacted her sooner, she would have fixed it. Disappointed in the service and level of professionalism of this establishment.
Kiley always does magical hair. Very experienced at what she does and her salon has an awesome vibe.
This was the worst haircut I did show her a personal photo of my own hair and i might as well have shown her an uneven boy hair cut. It’ll take me 6 months before I can have someone shape it up for me. Good Grief :(
My husband got me a 60 minute massage for our Anniversary. I had the Swedish massage and it was wonderful and very relaxing. The massage therapist was friendly and very professional. Will definitely go back again.
