The lady at this store is phenomenal! I was there briefly 2 or 3 days ago to ask about switching my service to AT&T and the lady who helped me was amazing at multitasking. She was also dealing with a rude male customer while trying to answer all my questions. I wish I caught her name for this review but I will definitely be back to start my service with her!

I upgraded both my phone and tablet about a month ago. The service I received was great. Caite was extremely patience in answering my questions and making the transfer. This is my third visit for assistance. Again, she was extremely professional and patient.nPrime Communications should be proud to have her as an employee.

Great customer service however Air Conditioner isn’t working. It had to be at LEAST 95 degrees in that store. AT&T is also requiring customers and their employees to wear a mask in such condition. I feel completely sorry for the lady who did my upgrade her face was completely red and with the fans going plus masks on our face is hard to hear hell its hard to BREATHE with no air flow. Save your money my experience was completely excruciating. AT&T treat your employees and customers BETTER!

Awesome service the other day! The representative is a military spouse and that for one is amazing! She reviewed my plan, found me updates and upgrades all while lowering my overall monthly bill. She assisted me with a purchase of two phones for my sons, helped set them up with parental controls. I’m considering going back this week to upgrade the three other phones on my family plan!
