Today i called early in the afternoon. Was told he would be in at 5:30pm. Right now, it's 6:30pm. No one is here. This isn't the first, second or third time. In fact, see other reviews. I just called the number on the window and was sent to voicemail being avoided. That says a lot about how you treat customers and I've been coming here faithfully for years. No longer. If you're not going to be here - say so. DON'T WASTE OUR TIME. WE'RE ON THE CLOCK. If you're not going to be here, maybe it's time to pass the torch. This is silly now.
Have made 3 separate attempts to purchase a new radio here. Nobody has been there anytime. I've called and talked to someone about meeting. Was told he would be there in 45 min. Sat for an hour and a half and no show. I shouldn't have to track you down to get you to sell me something. I'll make the trip to Florence SC and go to a shop that appreciates my buisness.
This guy knows his stuff very knowledgeable and extremely nice I’m very pleased it was worth the hour and 20 minute drive
I would 100 percent recommend this cb shop very happy with his prices and service.
Bob is the bomb. Really know his stuff and super nice. Only CB shop my husband will go to.
