The ADT representative on the phone and who came to install the products were friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to work with my budget to provide me with a security system that made me feel secure in my new home.
So far I have been very pleased. Leon did a great job of explaining and installing the system. I have not had any problems, nor had to have anyone come out due to not entering the correct directions.. Greatly Pleased.
Layton was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different services and products to meet our needs and worked around our schedule for the installation. . Great service..
The technician, Juan, arrived on time. He introduced himself and thoroughly took me through the entire installation process in a calm, patient and friendly manner. Each step of the process was explained as it was installed and at times options were presented to me. Before leaving, Juan reviewed the different keyboard functions and had me try each one. Juan is an excellent, knowledgeable technician and a credit to ADT! From my first contact with ADT, on 2/13/2017, with representatives, Patrick and Chris, my overall experience with ADT was stress-free and I now feel very secure in my home!
My installer was very nice. He was very appropriate in his conversation. I have only had my system for less then a week. Some things I wouldn't have purchase was the key remote-very bulky & honest I totally forget that it's on my key ring, another thing is my door lock, my family and I still just used our keys. I think the products are awesome but not spendable for my my family and I.
