5 stars for SUPERB Customer Service! I had a great experience working with Kim at HL Sims to choose countertops for a small bathroom renovation. She was extremely patient with me as I ended up needing to make several trips into the showroom to borrow various samples. She was extremely knowledgeable in all types of products and helped to make an overwhelming decision process easier through educating me on my options and helping to find a product that was within my budget. She was also very encouraging of me to take all the time in the world finding something I was 100% comfortable with as I plan to enjoy our new bathroom for many years to come!nThank you, KIM!
Enjoyed working with Scott and Kim on my multi-room project. Scott gave me a very close estimate of what the final cost would be, and Kim kept me updated on status of fabrication and scheduling, Already referred others to HL Sims. The quartz counters are beautiful, and I received a reasonable quote and price. There were no hidden charges and they itemized all costs for me so there were no surprises. Pictures to come.
Kim was great to work with when picking out the quartz I wanted. My whole experience working with HL Sims Co. was wonderful.
Do not use this company. Home Depot sent them to our home to install new laminate countertops. The entire experience was a disaster. They dented our walls, scraped the new paint and chipped the laminate. They did not wear masks and did not finish the job. We are disputing the charges right now.nnI left this review over a month ago. I must admit that HL Sims have come back out to install new countertops. The owner came out and was quite understanding of our concerns. The new installers were great and very professional. I can appreciate when a company rectifies a situation and stand behind their work. Thanks to the second experience, I would definitely recommend this company.
If I could leave less than one star I would. This has got to be the worst countertop company in the southeast. Absolutely horrible. They came out three times and still didn’t get it right. It was crooked, Unlevel and had dips in. Not happy. I highly recommend anyone else other than this group of untrained amateurs.
