I have called and called and cannot get a human being on the phone!!! Plus the phone system doesn't give you an option for English/Spanish so you Have to listen to this extremely long greeting with the entire Spanish translation. I don't speak Spanish!!! The COVID19 virus shouldn't mean çounty offices don't have workers to answer phone lines!!! Hire me, I'll do it jeez!!!
I would recommend this place to everyone. They give you the answers that you can't get out of your bigger town DFCS. The employees are amazing. Thank God we finally got everything straightened out and back on track.
Oh. Oh help me Jesus. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been calling this agency for a MONTH. I called back to back 25 times and not ONCE have they picked up the phone. I am beyond irritated and when I get somebody on this phone you are not going to like me. I just need an answer to 1 question. I can’t drop everything I’m doing and run up there or I would. ANSWER THE PHONE THAT’S WHAT IT IS THERE FOR
It is extremely hard getting someone on the phone, and when you do, they giving you mix information. Like its unbelievable! I have been dealing with Long County since April, and I still haven't got answer's. I take time from work to come there and still don't get the response I need.
Anybody that has an issue her doesn't know how bad it is in Savannah or Hinesville. This place was in and out and they helped when it was needed. In Savannah you would have to wait 3 or 4 hours or sometimes all day 5o get seen.
