Epic Theatres of West Volusia

This was my 1st visit and it was worth going. I went to see Raya and the Last Dragon.nThe Epic Theater doesn't open until 12:30 though. I was a smidge early but didn't mind waiting. Ran into manager, very friendly. Whole staff was a delight, very informative, and very polite. 10 stars

My in laws are high risk for covid, so we're always looking for safe activities we can do with them. We tried Epic's drive-in movie tonight and had an awesome (and very SAFE) time! We saw a new release. My husband, kids, and I were able to get snacks from concession, and my in laws stayed in their car and brought their own snacks. It was a great way to spend time together without anyone having more risk than they were comfortable with. My only criticism is that the movie started at 5:45, and we couldn't really see it for the first 15 minutes since it wasn't dark enough yet. If they'd started it a bit later, it would easily have been a 5 star experience.

Looking for a change of pace? Epic Theater 's drive-in movie option is an excellent choice for family movie night. It would be awesome if they keep it available beyond the pandemic.

A very sweet girl took care of us Named Marie. Not the manager Marie since I noticed they share the same name but the Marie with the glamorous nails and bunch of bracelets who reminds me of a Latin Princess Jasmine. She greeted us with an unforgettable smile, and was extremely kind and well mannered. Great choice to have as the first person to meet and greet. Anyways I saw the Possessor and it had potential to be so much better but overall it was a good movie. Just not one I'd see twice lol
