Residents are nice, quiet, respect personal space and privacy. Everyone here seems to work hard and stay level. Clean, improvements being made, and the office lady is helpful and courteous.

Mail and a package with $300 worth of meds was stolen. People are nosey and thief's. I don't recommend this place at all.

After walking through complete park, I found park to be very well maintained, quiet,and dog friendly. Spoke to several residents who were very happy being residence there no complaints. Park has ALL size campers and 1 tiny home, several permanent mobile homes.

Quiet ,cozy ,safe place to park your RV. Convenience store and gas station right next door.
