the power outlets are lighting on fire due to faulty wiring that he has received code violations for. There are sewer flies that are breeding on site and need to be removed via a exterminator. The owner refuses to address basic issues that are detrimental for the people living there and supporting him financially. Aka his customers. He has no respect for people and there will being. He has the money to tow peoples vehicles for expired registration and install security cameras but he can't address the sewer flies that are causing a living nightmare for the people who live there? Absolutely a one star review and hopefully this two faced man that smiles to your face and tells you how great you are but he's a vicous snake behind your back. A terrible person and a monster.

Property is being stolen and the owner is not fixing it someone is stealing in the park and its been going on for months. We are getting fed up with this

sewer flies everywhere. someone else mentioned this on the review list. what a joke we stayed for one month and we where gone!

We kept a boat trailer & truck here for a month. Clean, kept mowed and kept locked with a tall chain-link fence surrounding the property, tenants at gate keep an eye on things so felt very secure, reasonable price and easy to work with owner, we will use again when in the area.
