They have always been so accommodating! I didn't get the woman's name today but she helped me return books and went out of her way to call another store. Always a pleasure to work with nice people.
Okay so this bookstore is great! I have been to this college for two years, usually very helpful. I walked in today and got the worst customer service ever! Josh was literally so disrespectful, and had a major attitude problem. A lot of my friends also have noticed it and I was trying to be nice to him but he would just be very rude and I honestly felt like a bother and uncomfortable when making my purchase. Might just have to go with a different bookstore campus.
I've been a student at SPC for going on three years now, and ever since starting here, I've only ever had good experiences at the campus book store. Everyone there has always greeted me warmly, and helped assist me in finding supplies, scantrons and textbooks for all of my classes in a timely manner. They really treat you like an old friend anytime you're there, I'd chose to go to this bookstore over any of the other campus's bookstores any day.
This bookstore is awesome! They helped me so much with finding everything I needed. The Customer Service is Wonderful!
