I've lived here a little over a year thoroughly love it I think it's great here well maintained clean real quiet except the construction on the newer apartment buildings on the next property over but that's not this place is fault yeah very nice well maintained neat little community everybody hears about the same boat so we watch over each other as best we can jack manahan

I really need it take better care of their lawns

The Great Park it's very near the river and easy access to town. It's an over 55 community with lots of planned activities, lots of Clubs such as woodworking, stained glass window making, sewing, there are lots on the river that have boat docks. it said that Bing Crosby used to own this park which has an attached island via a walking bridge, the island is set up for entertainment.
