THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY ARE NOT VERY ORGANIZED AND SET A BAD EXAMPLE FOR THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AS A WHOLE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING PROCEDSURE WHEN IT COMES TO FEDERAL AND CIVIL PROCEDSURE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE THIS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. HOW CAN U RULE ON SOMTHING WHEN ITS CLEAR EVIDENCE AND MAKE A JUDGEMENT ON SOMETHING WITHOUT BEING FAIR. JUDGE MCNARY IS THE ATTENDING JUDGE. THANK GOD THAT HE IS THE GREATEST JUDGE OF THEM ALL. GOD SEES EVERYTHING AND NOTHING IS HID FROM HIS EYES.nPeople we need to band together and stop allowing the System to band up on us . if you all are in agreement we can GO to the Federal courts and let our voices be heard.
