Sunglass Hut

Went to this store today June 11th 2020 around noon and had one of the worst customer service I ever received. Started as I walked in. The lady was in the back, on her phone. I stood there for good minute. It wasn’t until I accidentally closed one of the drawers a little too loud and I finally got some attention. By attention I mean “Hellooooo” from the back room. It was the type of “Hello” you get when you try to talk to someone thats on their phone if you know what I mean. Kinda like “last words, I’m finishing that text and I’ll be right with you”. It only got worse after.nMy friend was there 2 days ago to buy me a pair of Ray-Ban Caravan as a gift. He looked at couple of pairs, but he didn’t know which size/color to get me he got me gift cards so I can select myself.nSo I show up today and I ask for the Ray Ban Caravan model. I get “huh? What are those? Never heard of them!” I tried to explain and I got “Do you have a model number or something?” I googled and found the number. She went to look over her inventory, still looking as confused as she can be. She came back stating “Yeah, this must be something really old. My inventory is skipping. We must’ve had them long time ago but now we dont” I tried to explain that I saw a online add that Sunglass Hut had that model on sale. She, being super rude about it, continued trying to convince me that I saw it somewhere else and they haven’t had those sunglasses in forever. I said “But my friend was here 2 days ago and was looking at them” to which I got “Oh, he probably looked at something else. He probably got confused”. At that point I gave up and just walked out. She was not able to, and definitely not willing to help me at all. Not sure who hired her, but, good luck.

Great selection to choose from just wanted to get better deals too. Guess ill keep a lookout for if they have better sales.

The sales guy in there was great. We came down to visit and he gave us some great ideas. They should give that man a raise. Lol Seriously, he showed us everything that we liked. Explained about the different lens. Anyways. It was a great visit.

Tony or Anthony whichever he desires to be called, supposedly the store manager, is an absolute pos. 100% unhelpful in every way. Bought a pair of over $100 sunglasses that they didn't even have in store so he ordered them for me online. Got said pair of glasses, they didn't fit and didn't perform the way I expected. Tried to return them and was met with nothing but resistance. He said he couldn't return them because they were cracked on the frame. They were shipped to me exactly the way I attempted to return them, which at time of purchase was told there would be no issues. I had planned on returning said glasses and then purchasing an even more expensive pair, and my husband was also going to upgrade his pair, but that wasn't important to this individual. So instead of following through on what was promised, he would rather cost his commission and his company money. Don't bother, spend your money elsewhere.
