Pelican Palms Village

This is an addition to my original review seen below. My friends still living in the park have stated the new ownership and management are a great improvement over the previous owners (family owned and managed). Nice park now.nnPark is going downhill quickly. Management is integrity impaired and rules are made up on the spot and enforced randomly causing lots of good residents to abandon their homes to get away from the uncertainty. Run the other way!

Trish was very helpful and friendly in the office. Beautiful place, nice grounds.

Awful no one can qualify. My mother in law didn't qualify with a 800 credit rating
