Very clean and very good customer service. They are very safe with all of the covid regulations, which means there are limited seats, but it is for safety reasons. I definitely recommend purchasing your tickets in advance because, due to the limited seating, they sell out quickly!!
The theatre felt very inviting, I felt safe visiting. The online booking system needs to be revisited. We tried booking seats that showed not avaliable, but when we got there there was no one else besides us and two other persons. ALL other seats were empty. I understood the X seats for social distance, but the unavaliabe ones had no one in them. Maybe there is a glitch in the system for movie times.
Very disappointing visit for a 1st in 2021. Ticket cashier rang me up for wrong show time, concession cashier failed to give me candy I paid for as part of combo package. Don't even get me started on Bathrooms , so DISGUSTED ...no toilet paper in 4 stalls I tried by 8pm, water on the floor not mopped up so entrance was slippery and pieces of flimsy toilet paper all over floor...mentioned it to a worker and by the time I left after 1039pm it still was the same. Definitely not worth money I spent...lousy experience. They need to get their act together here !
Limited staff but the few still make it welcoming. I feel safe when watching a movie.
