Waterside Plaza

Many vacant shops behind Flanigan's which is an awesome BBQ restaurant! I didn't realize the shops are filling up so for now I gave another star. I hope to see it bustling with business soon.

The parking lot finally paved. It looks great, nice and clean.

Parking lot is full of potholes. Northwest corner of parking lot floods. Some businesses have closed. Flanigans is the only restaurant worth supporting. 4 Brothers is moving to another location soon.

It's a seedy little place, dirty, plenty of parking, location is good, there's a grocery store that doesn't know how to retrieve there carts, left out on the sidewalk, so you have to walk out into traffic to get to the entrance, exit is permanently closed. Sage Dental is in this plaza, didn't like it 6 years ago, hasn't changed, unprofessional! Charge $10 for covid fee, had no change for a $20. Made me go to to store to get change, how is that?
