This Plaza is awful. You don't want to leave there unless you are in a bad economic situation. Managers are criminal and they will steal your money orders . They collect money orders for rent payment and don't give receipts. They decide to whom to give a receipt or a letter demanding payment again!!! I wonder if the owners of this Plaza are aware of this reviews of harassment. Current manager: Evelyn Roman.
